HOW I SPEND MY HOLIDAY???

    Holiday is the precious time for me. It is the day that I wanted to back home since it was almost two months I live in Gemia at UITM Dungun. Although it was two months but I feel live in two years. It was the time that took too long to came home. It spend one week and two days only for holiday to celebrate Hari Raya Aidiladha. Obviously, it was not enough for me to spend my holiday.
    Unfortunately, this year we celebrated Hari Raya Aidiladha at home. However, the moody to celebrate it still had. The first day of Hari Raya, my mom was cooked many dishes such as nasi impit, kuah kacang, sayur lodeh and ayam masak hitam. Hmmm...ayam masak hitam is one of my favourite dishes. Next day, my mom was cooked sup tulang. At home, I never hungry. Even the day before I am wanted to back UITM, my mom was cooked Laksa Johor. All day that I spend at home was cooking and  eating.
     

INFLUENCE OF INTERNET IN MY LIFE

   Obviously, internet has influenced my life in the most positive possible manner possible. It can help me to find any research and information easier and faster.
   Every internet user has a free access to search likes Google, Yahoo and others to finding a specific information in a few second. In addition, today's internet offer it user to watch video or TV online, newspaper, movie,games, music and so on.
   Moreover, it gives an opportunity to access electronic libraries, dictionary, news and others. Besides, it allowing to communicate with each other around the world using Facebook, twitter, e-mail and other communicate.
   Nowadays, it became possible to do voice and video chat, so the users are able to hear each other's voice and see each other's reactions and emotions while talking. It is the best tools to communicate, find friends and shares interest.
   As a result, the internet become some serious drawbacks. It becoming addicted to the internet. Therefore, spending on studying is automatically reduce, which in turns causes the lower academic achievement.

how to make pizza?

   

  Today I would like to share a recipe. It is the dishes that I like the most. It is the seafood pizza recipe. I hope u will enjoy it.

      First of all, we must prepare the ingredients. First, prepare 1 pack of whole wheat pita bread. Then, 1/2 of cup scallops, 1/2 lb. shrimp that peeled and divined, roasted garlic cloves as per requirement, 1/2 of red onion sliced, a bunch of cliantro roughly chopped, minched garlic, 1 tomato thinly sliced and Prego sauce that can buy in any market. Next, is butter, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella shreded cheese and lastly put salt and pepper to taste.

     There are step by step procedure to make this pizza. firstly, pre heat oven up to 450 degree. To make the pizza crospier, hotter and bitter, put the pizza stone at the lower rack of the oven and leave it to heat. At this moment, also make your sauce pan heated with the dallop of butter and minced garlic. Then put in the shrimps and scallops. Once again place pan back on the stove and then pour butter to saute red onion until it is caramelized. Upon caramelizing, put the pan aside. After the stone get hot, start prepping the pitas by sprinkling some olive oil on both sides of the pitas so that the would not stick to the stones. Then make a layer with mozzarella cheese, Prego sauce, onions, tomatoes, shrimps and scallops, cilantro over the pizza and again topping with more mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. After that, put it carefully on the stone and bake it on for 6-10 minutes or when the cheese start melting and the pitas turn crispy and golden.

       The book's title is 'The Story Success' made by Malcom Gladwell. The review is Siti Hajar Mohd Hussain. The writer of this book is come from a rich family. His father from Britain while his mother from Jamaica.
        The 'outlier' from this story is something that is situated away from or classed differently from a main or related body.
        From this book, we know the mattew effect,trouble with genius and so on.

If i have one million dolars, what could i do?

            First of all,i must give some of the money to mom and dad that took good care of me since i was child. I  also want to give a big surprise such as a new big car for them. I also will  give maids, driver and gardener for them. They never work hard after this. They must be proud of me. For me also want to buy a car and house.
           Secondly, i need to eat and eat using my money. Of course I want to eat any kind of food such as korean food, japanese food, west food and so on together with my family. It must be something memory that i can't forgot. Then, i want to shopping many kind of things.
           Next, i want to bring out my beloved family to travel many countries in the world. The country that i must go is Korea. I must take a photo at least one of any handsome actor there. In Korea have Jeju Island and Nami Island that i must go there. Besides, i want to go many country that have such a beautiful place such as New Zealand, Paris and Italy. One more place that i must go there together with family is Makkah. It must be the first place we would to go.
         Lastly, i want to donate some of my money to people in Palestine. Then, the remaining of one million dolars i must save for my future life.
